In this article I wish to show you how with almost no effort on your own part you may make start to construct a patient generating online / offline presence.
What individuals (and more to the point prospective clients) see and think about your online presence is going to have an enormous effect on how seriously they take all of your other advertising. This is because the moment a prospective patient sees something you are featured in - whether that is an advert / PR / article etc. the very first thing most of them is going to do (and by most I mean all!) is Google your name and see what comes up...
... and if what they find is poor reviews, a low quality website or simply deficiencies in presence then they're less inclined to followup with making that initially appointment...
... and if they don't make the original appointment you've no way of amazing them along with your brilliance and keeping them to stay with you for care!
On another hand if you appear just like a practice someone could work with i.e. Buy google 5 star reviews you've a specialist looking site, plenty of raving reviews and testimonials, video clips on YouTube, a Google+ business page with all of your practice details / offers and coupons then who are they prone to visit you or another less select practitioner?
It's incredibly easy to set up a Google review system where you encourage your satisfied clients to submit those "5 star" online reviews. But as a fast review here's a short outline of a few of the things you should be considering:
1. Actively encourage your staff to find reviews and testimonials from all of your patients who say anything complementary about you / your services / or your practice / or staff! Yes, I am aware this means you've to do something to increase your business and strengthen you practice. Yes, you may have to accomplish a little work to encourage more patients to make use of your services... but if it is a neck and neck race between you and the therapist down the street you should do something to go you in front - and these four steps are only the one thing!
